Steel Frame Formwork

Steel frame formwork is mainly used in combination with plywood. In conjunction with formwork fixtures, tie bolts, wedge bolts and diagonal supports, after the system is assembled, it forms an integral frame, which has good stability and high load-bearing capacity. Steel frame formwork is basically pre-produced. In most cases, standard sizes are sufficient. For special positions, a combination of corner panels and adjustable panels can be used to meet the pouring requirements. Therefore, they can be quickly installed with simple accessories and the concrete surface is smooth. Steel frame formwork is widely used in wall and column concrete projects. It is strong and durable, highly reusable, easy to install, and can be combined with many other formwork systems. For reuse, the plywood can be simply replaced and the entire template can be reused repeatedly. The surface is mainly painted and powder coated. The color can be customized.
