Introduction
- Aluminium formwork system is a construction system for forming cast in place concrete structure of a Building. Aluminium formwork is made in aluminum alloy profile what is the main material and is made into formwork through machining, welding, and other processes, which is suitable for concrete engineering.
- Aluminium formwork system can be assembled flexibly according to different structural sizes. The design and application of aluminum alloy formwork is an innovation in formwork technology.
- Aluminum alloy formwork system increases efficiency, and also produces an extraordinarily strong structure with excellent concrete finish.
Advantage
a.Flexible and efficient assembly
More than 85% of standard formwork and each formwork has an installation code.
Aluminum alloy formwork assembly method is simple and easy to operate.
Due to the formwork is light weight, workers can easily carry and assemble it.

b.Good quality of concrete forming
High strength and precision, with few joints on the aluminum alloy formwork surface.
Customized production of aluminum alloy formwork with higher dimensional accuracy.
Complete the entire structure with one-time pouring
c.Environment friendly and economical
Great recyclable value, over 35% higher than steel, beneficial for environmental development
Reduce construction waste on construction sites by nearly 30%
Longer service life, can be reused up to 200-300 times, can reduce costs by about 25%
Due to high construction efficiency, it can reduce labor costs by about 20%
Reduce expenses for renting equipment such as cranes, wall plastering, and decoration costs

d.More safer construction environment
After assembly, it forms a whole with high stability.
No need to work with a crane, greatly reducing the risk of falling objects from high altitude.
High bearing capacity, and is not easily deformed

Remove all pins and wedges from the section of beam side. Then, dismantle all the beam panels. |
After remove all pins and wedges, middle beam and end beam will be easily removed. The prop head and steel props must not be removed to support the floor slab. |
The wall panels are removed to disconnecting the lower kicker from the adjacent templates and prepared for reuse. |
The tie rods are used to ensure the wall thickness and fixed the wall panels. PVC sleeves are used to protect the tie rods so as to reuse it. Both of it can be removed by special tools. |
Transfer all templates through slab box to next floor. And all templates shall be cleaned after dismantle for a better quality in next floor. |
