Introduction
Ring-Lock scaffold is a new type of scaffold, also known as chrysanthemum disc scaffold system.Its supporting structure consists of upright poles, horizontal poles, and diagonal poles. There are eight holes on the disc, with four small holes dedicated to the horizontal poles and four large holes for the diagonal poles.Both the horizontal and diagonal bars are connected using pin type connections to ensure a secure connection with the upright pole. The crossbar head and steel pipe body are fixed by full welding, forming a three-point force structure, effectively transmitting horizontal forces and enhancing structural strength.The inclined rod head is a rota-table joint that is fixed to the steel pipe body by rivets. The connection method of the upright pole adopts a square tube connecting rod fixed on the upright pole, without the need for additional joint components, reducing the trouble of material loss and organization. This system is highly suitable for providing support to workers and materials during the construction, maintenance, or repair process of buildings, bridges, and other structures. Its modular design and minimal components allow for quick installation and disassembly, improving worker safety and project efficiency.
